Shipping policy
- Orders are processed and delivered within 3–7 working days.
- A confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp before shipping. If we do not receive a response, the order will be automatically canceled.
- Please note that no refunds or exchanges are accepted after the courier has left, so kindly inspect your order carefully before making payment.
- If an order is canceled after being confirmed and handed to the courier, shipping fees will be charged on your next order.
